All products sold are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a digital product has been delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, accidental purchases, incorrect product selection, or change of mind.
If you encounter technical issues with your download, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing access to the files or replacing the download when applicable.
No physical goods are shipped, and no products should be returned to the manufacturer.
